Make a Booking

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required at time of booking. The balance is payable on arrival.

Bookings can be made either by :

1. Phone during Hotel Reception hours.

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Card.

or

2. Securely Booking Online.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Please bring a print out of your booking confirmation with you to Hotel Reception on arrival.

The booking screen allows you to enter special requests. e.g. for the use of the double sofa bed. For non-standard requests, please consult our Reception staff prior to booking.

Ensure you enter the correct number of guests on the booking screen.

All special rate deals will be highlighted as 'Hot Deals' Augusta Accommodation Specials.

A sold sign alongside dates on these special rows does NOT always mean the apartments are booked. It can mean the special deal is not available due to it being a peak period. Always check the normal rate package rows for apartment availability.

Your credit card details will be processed by Reception staff on the day of booking. Should a problem be encountered with your credit card details, we will endeavour to contact you via email. A failure to respond may result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellations or Amendments

Please contact our Hotel Reception staff for cancellations or amendments to bookings. To assist the process, please have your booking reference details accessible.
